What is biofeedback?
Biofeedback helps you become aware, in real time, of the signals your body naturally sends: breathing, heart rate, muscle tension, skin temperature, etc. Small, non-invasive sensors capture this data and immediately transform it into visual feedback (curves, gauges) or sensory feedback (sounds, music, videos, mini-games) according to your preference.
By learning to adjust these parameters—breathing more deeply, relaxing a tense muscle, slowing down a racing heart—you develop lasting control over stress and emotions. As with any training programme, 10 to 20 sessions are generally required for the new brain responses to be assimilated.
What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback specifically targets brain activity. A discreet electroencephalogram (EEG) measures your brain waves and translates them into visual feedback (graphs, animations) or auditory feedback (sounds, musical ambience). By training your brain to adopt more balanced wave patterns, you improve concentration, mental clarity and emotional resilience. Again, 10 to 20 sessions allow you to learn new ways of functioning.

- No; the sensors are lightweight and completely non-invasive.
- What is the average cost of a session?
- See here
- Are the effects immediate?
- You will often feel relaxed after the first session, with lasting benefits appearing after several sessions (10 to 20) depending on the individual and their condition.
