1️⃣ First session: comprehensive assessment (≈ 1½ hours) – CHF 300
- Assessment of brain function: using EEG electrodes and biofeedback sensors, we measure brain and autonomic nervous system activity in real time.
- Data analysis: the recordings are studied to identify your patterns of alertness, relaxation, stress and emotional regulation.
- Personalised discussion: we discuss your symptoms, your goals (greater concentration, better recovery, stress management, etc.) and your desires.
At the end of this initial meeting, you will have an up-to-date picture of how you operate (strengths and weaknesses).
2️⃣ Developing of your training plan – Included in the first session
- Before the next session, your therapist will analyse the data in detail and draw up a training plan based on your goals and the strengths and weaknesses observed. You will approve this plan together during the first training session.
- Personalised programme: number of sessions, duration, intensity and progression, just as a sports coach would draw up your weight training plan.
3️⃣ Training sessions (1 hour each) – 150 CHF per session
- Training phase: you are guided in real time via visual or audio feedback that shows you how your brain responds to each regulation exercise.
- Immediate feedback: each session ends with a debriefing.
- Gradual progression: as in sport, the load (complexity of exercises, duration of concentration phases) increases gradually to avoid plateaus.
Overall goal: 10–20 sessions are usually enough to see changes: more energy, better concentration, restful sleep and resilience to stress. More sessions can help to consolidate the gains.
4️⃣ Monitoring & adjustments
- Regular check-ups: every 4-5 sessions, we review the data to refine the programme and assess progress.
- Motivational support: you receive ongoing support (breathing tips, exercises to do at home).

In concrete terms: The schedule, number, type and duration of training sessions are specific to each individual and based on measured assessments and personal preferences.
